About
What is Savouring Grace?
It’s a soup… a passionate marriage of faith and food, salted with humility, seasoned with spicy ideas, and sprinkled with cheesy humor. Garlicky with a chance of meatballs. Not for the lactose intolerant (literally or spiritually).
It’s a sandwich... colorful layers of rich flavours between fresh slices of life. Savour each bite — tasting all the ingredients together — then pick off what you don’t like, and chew on the rest.
It’s a family meal… giving thanks, breaking bread, breaking up fights between three children, coping with the same number of picky eaters, cleaning the mess, and feeling utterly blessed to do it all over again.
It’s afternoon tea... a good book, finger foods, a cup of darjeeling, pink roses, the scent of lavender, classical musical, the trickling of a fountain, and all things lovely. A blog can dream…

Howdy! I appear to have run across another thoughtful Christian who is also a food geek. May I add your blog to my blogroll? My food blog is culinarygeek.wordpress.com, and my “thoughtful” blog is poiema.wordpress.com. I got very busy around Easter, and both blogs fell by the wayside for a while, but I’ll be updating them more regularly starting soon. I’ve enjoyed what I’ve read so far here!
